Honkai Star Rail 1.1 update has entered its second phase and soon, the live stream for the 1.2 update will take place detailing when the update will come out and will outline all the additions. Before that, here’s Honkai Star Rail 1.2 release date and time for all regions.

Based on a 42-day long cycle, the update will get released on July 19, 2023. Unfortunately, players will not be able to access the game during that time since the servers will be down for maintenance. However, after the servers go live again, players can dive into the action.

Before the servers get taken down, players should finish all the missions and sub-quests. Players are also advised to save up for all the characters that will get added to the update.
What to expect from the 1.2 update of Honkai Star Rail?
Besides update-centric events, players will see the addition of many 4-star characters who will join Blade and Kafka, who are the 5-star characters getting added in the update.
While leaks suggest that at least three new 4-star characters will be added to the game, it is tough to confirm them. However, the arrival of Luka has been confirmed for this update.
Blade, who will make his way into the game in the first phase has been described as the character who lets go of his body, just to become Blade.
Players will get to see Luka in the second phase. HoYoverse describes Luka as a professional boxer, who also holds the title of the champion of Boulder Town’s Fight Club.
Kafka on the other hand was seen in previous updates. She is a Stellaron Hunter. Players saw her in the game and finish a whole quest, which was based on Xianzhou Luofu on her request.
