Thus, a similar one recently made it to theatres: Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning, starring Tom Cruise and directed by Christopher McQuarrie. Recently, the Japanese game creator experienced the film in the IMAX format, which is by far the best in quality. Hideo Kojima admires Tom and Rebecca Ferguson in MI: Dead Reckoning
Hideo Kojima couldn’t get enough of Tom Cruise in Dead Reckoning. While addressing the film’s action, he stated that the Hollywood star made it all possible. “Tom himself “made the impossible possible,” so the sense of realism was excellent!” said Kojima in a tweet. Although the film was shot during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kojima had difficulty believing that. Further, he admired Tom’s passion for movies, as he mentioned, “Tom’s love for cinema is truly inspiring.”
The game creator also praised Rebecca for her role as Ilsa Faust in the movie. There’s a scene where the actress uses a sniper rifle while wearing an eye patch, and that’s why Kojima falls for her.
Complimenting Rebecca, he stated, “Rebecca sniping with an eye patch over her left eye made me crush on her.” Hideo Kojima undoubtedly enjoyed watching Ethan Hunt and his team fight to save the world. Hence, we all can’t wait for the film’s second part to arrive.
