Genshin Impact 3.4 banner: New characters – Alhaitham, Yaoyao, Hu Tao, events, maps and more

The Genshin Impact 3.3 update will be out soon. However, travelers always want to stay one step ahead of the upcoming update. Genshin Impact 3.4 banner leaks are out for players who want to know more about the new characters, events, and maps.

Genshin Impact 3.4 banner update: New Characters

While the 3.3 update focused on the Sumeru region, the 3.4 update will have a lot in store for travelers in the Dendro region. Alhaitham was teased in July 2022 and players have been waiting for the character’s arrival ever since.

After a wait of over six months, Alhaitham will finally be introduced as a playable character. Many interesting leaks surround his arrival, and one of the major ones is that he will be a five-star Dendro Sword character.

Another highly teased character, Yaoyao is expected to finally debut in the 3.4 update. She is likely to be a four-star Dendro character. Leaked footage surrounding her suggests she will have a polearm.

A lot of characters that were previously introduced will also make a comeback in the 3.4  rerun banner. The five-star Pyro Polearm character Hu Tao is expected to make a comeback in the Genshin Impact 3.4. Hu Tao is a Pyro character and is deemed to be one of the most loved characters by the community. She was last seen in November 2021.

Leaks suggest that travelers will see Sumeru’s expansion in the upcoming 3.4 update. The potential leaked expansion includes a wide variety of new locations, enemies, and activities for players to engage in.

• Maps are likely to be categorized into three sub-divisions.
• Players could also see two different kinds of maps: a normal one and the other might have a sandstorm.
• A new city called Gurtabad City will also be introduced.
• A new boss will also be staying in the caves of this region.

Genshin Impact 3.4 release date

Genshin Impact 3.4 release date is likely to be around January 18. It will only be confirmed after the 3.3 update is out.
