Alhaitham banner to release date to be same as Genshin Impact 3.4 update
It is officially confirmed by Genshin Impact that the 5-star Dendro will join the game when the new update comes out. Beyond that, a lot of information has also been revealed by the leakers about the character.

Players can expect the new update to release soon after the current 3.3 update is over. The Genshin Impact servers will go for small maintenance before the new update is rolled out. The servers will be down for about five hours. Having said that, the update will be out on 11 Jan 2023, 11 am (+8 UTC).
