Twitter reacts on the stalemate between Barcelona and Huesca.
Barcelona travelled to Huesca to play out a boring draw. The Blaugrana rested the likes of Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, Luis Suarez, Arthur Melo, Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, and Philippe Coutinho as the huge Champions League clash against Manchester United beckons.
It was a flat performance from both the sides and Huesca fans applauded their team at the conclusion of the game after securing a point against the table toppers. There were no particular moments from both the sides as they had to settle out for a draw because there were no deserved winners.
In the first half, Ousmane Dembele came the closest when the goalkeeper got a fingertip to the Frenchman’s shot and diverted the ball outside the goalpost. There was another chance for Ernesto Valverde’s side when Alena’s cross was not converted by Kevin Prince Boateng, who stretched fully but could not get the decisive touch. Even if the goal was conceded, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) would have ruled out that moment because Alena was in an offside position.
There were no particular moments in the second half as both the teams showed very little intention to go and secure all three points.
Here is how Twitter reacted to the draw between Huesca and Barcelona.

⬆️ A season high in both cases
