Day 7 at the Asian Games 2018 will see the start of Athletics event. Dutee Chand will be in action in women’s 100m, whereas Hima Das and Nirmala Sheoran will compete for top podium finish in 400m race.

PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal will play the second round of badminton singles event, both taking on Indonesian shuttlers. Vikas Thakur will also be in action in the 94 kg category in weightlifting event.
