Weather report
Like the first match, there is no forecast of rain for this match as well. The conditions will be windy just like the previous match as the game will be played on the same venue.
The players will find it very difficult to catch the balls that go high up in the air due to heavy winds.
The temperatures would hover around 20 degree Celsius and there are no chances of rain. The humidity would be as high as 99% at one point, but it would generally be in the range of 35-65 which is quite high in itself.
Pitch report
The game will be played at the Village in Dublin which is located near the sea shore. This effectively means that the ball may swing (very little though) in the first couple of overs if there is ample amount of wind.

The pitch is flat and has runs to offer and it would be no different this time. The last game played on here saw India breach the figure of 200 and it is expected to be the same apart from getting a bit slower.
Head to Head
The last match India played was only its second T20I against Ireland. India have faced Ireland in two T20Is till now which the Men in Blue easily won.
The last time two teams played each other, India trumped Ireland by 15 runs in the 2009 T20 World Cup. There is no argument about the fact that which is the better side between the two. In the last match as well, it was visible that the Irish team – especially batting – was not able to match up to the Indian prowess.
