So far this season, the Clippers have dealt with a multitude of injuries and sicknesses. They still have managed a 19-15 record, good for the 5th spot in the West. However, their squad is back now, and they look good.

Ahead of the game against the Pistons, the fans wonder whether Kawhi Leonard will play tomorrow night or not.

Kawhi Leonard is listed as OUT against Pistons

The Los Angeles Clippers are in the midst of a five-game road trip and will return home on New Year’s. After losing a close call to Joel Embiid and the Sixers, the Clippers now have a back-to-back against the Pistons and the Raptors.

While the team is healthy, they’re still not taking risks and playing Kawhi on back-to-backs.

As a result, he’s been listed as OUT for tonight’s matchup, with the hope that he would play against the Raptors tomorrow.

Kawhi Leonard is OUT tomorrow vs. the Pistons, setting him up to play on Tuesday against the Raptors.

It’s a good sign that no one else is listed on the injury report for the Clippers. Facing a Pistons team, the Clippers would hope to pick their 9th road win of the season.

How has Kawhi been performing so far this season?

Kawhi Leonard suffered an injury during the 2021 playoffs. This kept him sidelined for the entire 2021-22 NBA season. After his return, there were clear signs of rust, and rightfully so. However, as of late, he’s been getting back in his groove.

The Klaw has been averaging 23.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.4 steal in the last five games. These are good signs for the Clippers. With the roster they have, if their players manage to stay healthy and find their rhythm, the team is well-poised to make a deep playoff run.
