James Harden mocks LeBron James with gesture during Rockets-Lakers clash

The Rockets and Lakers came together under one roof last night for the first time since the brawl that broke out between the two teams during the start of the season.

Tempers were flaring on that night, but both teams seemed to have moved on from that incident for last night’s game, as nothing of that sort transpired on court yesterday.

However, James Harden did try and take the mickey out of LeBron James prior to the game, when he arrived for the game in a matching suit with shorts.

Harden’s attire reminded fans of LeBron’s outfit for the first game of the NBA finals last season, when he surprised the basketball fraternity by  wearing a grey blazer combined with shorts and not a pair of trousers.

Fans all over the world had united to mock LeBron for his fashion choice during the NBA finals game 1, but LeBron did so again, during game 2 of the finals as well.

Now, with Harden coming in for the game against Lakers sporting suit shorts cannot be a mere coincidence, considering that the Rockets were playing the Lakers.

He either was impressed with LeBron’s fashion statement during the NBA finals, or he tried to take the mickey out of him by sporting something similar.

Now, while Harden did try and troll(or maybe pay homage to) LeBron with his look, he ended up getting trolled for it instead, as fans mocked him for his poor dressing sense, labelling it as unprofessional.

Harden was ‘lucky’ to have dropped a 50 point triple double today, with most of the fans resorting to speaking about it after the game than the hideous outfit.

The suit shorts are definitely catching up and it wouldn’t be a surprise if more players in the NBA decide to go through with this fashion statement.

James Harden was on fire today against the Lakers, putting up a MVP like performance, but for his and his team’s sake, he’ll need to be a little more consistent, if Rockets want to have a good chance of qualifying for the playoffs.
