Real Madrid superstar James Rodriguez has decided his next club. While there are a host of European heavyweights willing to make James their new signing, the Colombian has decided to make the move to Old Trafford this summer.

James has had a very frustrating time in the Spanish capital over the last three years. He has seen his playing time steadily decrease, with his nadir being last season’s Champions League final when he did not even make the match day squad.

According to reports, James has offers from PSG, Chelsea and Manchester United. While Madrid value him to be around 50 million, they will hoping for a player swap deal with United involving David De Gea moving the other way.

Rodriguez averaged only 55 minutes of playing time last season, as he struggled with both form and confidence. James, who was the star of the FIFA World Cup 2014, was bought by Real for a whopping 80 Million Euros.

Rodriguez was close to leaving last summer, but decided to fight it out one more time. But with the World Cup being just a year away, James realizes that he needs to play more regularly if wants to play a leading role for his country next year in Russia.

Jose rates the former Porto and Monaco star, and is willing to give him a fresh start. This would be a great move for all parties as it would give Madrid some money to re invest in their squad, United will be getting a global star and the player will get a new lease of life in England.

The move makes sense!
