January 2023 has beautiful games to look forward to. Among them, Forspoken, Dragon Ball Z, and One Piece Odyssey take the cake.
It’s a new year and the best time to be alive to experience the best the gaming industry has to offer. Many new games are releasing this year, and we will cover them as the time comes but for now, let us look at the games releasing this month.

January 2023 Games to Be Excited For!
There are only three games we are most excited about this January. As we mentioned, those are One Piece, Forspoken, and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Let us break them down one by one.
Forspoken (January 24)
This is the one we are most excited about. It’s a new franchise, and it takes place in a magical world. The main character Frey is imbued with magical powers with the rings on her hand. This game’s traversal and combat aspects look outstanding and have made good impressions on the fans. You can check out the combat trailer above.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (January 13)
Dragon Ball Z is back in its full glory; this time, it has better graphical quality and higher frames. Kakarot was a memorable game, and it is now released for the newest consoles. i.e, PS5 and Xbox XS. In addition, we will also see a DLC centered around Goku’s Father, Bardock, who fans respect a lot and are dying to play.
One Piece Odyssey
Luffy is back, and he’s not changed one bit. Although, the gameplay sure has! You will follow Luffy in his adventures around a strange island where the crew is stranded. The gameplay is relative to a classic RPG and will be a banger to kick off the year. Moreover, anime fans will be happy to see their favorite characters like Zoro, Usopp, and Luffy be playable again.
