Jese Rodriguez gets his ex-girlfriend eliminated from reality TV Show by paying €5,000 in text messages. This is pettiness at a whole other level.
Breaking up and parting ways with a loved one is a part and parcel of life. Many choose to look ahead and move on. Some others sulk and mourn for a while before doing the same. However, if your name is Jese Rodriguez, you choose to be petty in the most ridiculous way possible.
The ex-Real Madrid player split up with his ex-girlfriend Aurah Ruiz in 2018 just a year of the birth of their son Nyan. The couple went through a very public and acrimonious break-up that saw Ruiz take Jese to court for neglecting his duties as a father. In response, Jese filed a counter suit on her slander and allegedly asked that she pay “one Euro and be sentenced to three to five years in prison.”

Following their break-up, Aurah Ruiz participated in the Spanish version of Big Brother; a reality television show that houses celebrities and give them tasks to do every week. The participants are thinned by public votes until a winner is left.
Jese Rodriguez decided that the counter suit against her wasn’t revenge enough and paid €5,000 in text messages. His pettiness actually paid dividends as the model ended up being the first person to be eliminated from the show!
Jese Rodriguez came through as an academy graduate from Real Madrid and played with the Spanish Giants until 2016. He then joined French side, PSG. However, he has failed to secure his place in the side and has seen himself shifted out on multiple loan deals.
He is currently on loan with Sporting CP after completing a deadline day move where he will hope to resurrect his career.
“I am very happy for the opportunity Sporting CP is giving me. It is a historic club in Portugal,” he said.
“I have a friend named Cristiano Ronaldo who has always told me very good things about this club, which created him from a young age. I am very excited to start training with my colleagues,” he added.
