Jose Mourinho walks away after bizarre query from interviewer at FIFA The Best Awards

Jose Mourinho walked away after the interviewer asks him a bizarre question during FIFA The Best awards.

Lionel Messi won the FIFA The Best Men’s Player of the year, while Megan Raponie clinched the Women’s Player of the year. Jurgen Klopp and Jill Ellis clinched the Men and Women’s coach for their superlative performances over the last year.

Many players including Virgil Van Dijk, Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric, Kylian Mbappe, and much others were present on a pleasant Monday evening night in Milan. Cristiano Ronaldo was the only absentee, but his Portuguese compatriot Jose Mourinho was there, despite the fact that he’s currently unemployed.

The former Chelsea coach, who was called up for his function, handed over one of the awards to a winner.

And shortly afterwards he was pulled to one side by one of the show’s presenters, who took an awfully long time to effectively ask Jose Mourinho to imagine that he was in charge of a world 11.

This was the start of a bizarre interview. The facial expression of Jose Mourinho says it all.

The 56-year-old was lastly sacked by Manchester United in December 2018. The Portuguese International picked his eleven because he was out of the job currently.

He also pointed to Fabio Capello and Walter Zenga as potential candidates due to the fact they are also unemployed.

Mourinho had enough of this, and much to the amusement of the watchers, he straightforwardly walked off and thanked him for his honesty.

The presenter then pleaded for Mourinho to come back: “You have to stay here with me! Why do you want to go?”

She then conceded: “Okay, you want to go.”

Watch it here…

The interviewer was hugely criticised throughout the show for her poor running of the show.
