Just minutes ago, Sachin Tendulkar unveiled his dream of transforming India from sports watching nation into a sports playing nation.
Seeing people turning up in numbers to the stadium defines the level of craze and amusement that Indian fans have for sport.
Sachin now wants India to leave the comfort of their couch and actually go onto the field in order to embrace all their emotions with respect to sport.
Sachin’s caption read,”It is my endeavour to transform India from being a sport loving nation to a sport playing nation. I urge you all to participate in this effort and help make my dream, our dream. Always remember, dreams do come true! Jai Hind.”
Virat Kohli who is a keen admirer of Sachin Tendulkar found Sachin’s tweet interesting and so he instantly replied to it.
Kohli’s caption read, “Paaji, this is like watching you score a hundred. So adequate and to the point. I urge everyone out there to take up a sport. Go India! @sachin_rt #ComeOutandPlay.”

It’s great to see that two of the most marketable athletes in India are taking up the mantle of promoting sports at the grassroot level by encouraging more children take up sport as a profession.
Virat Kohli is currently enjoying his rest period, having thrown his reception party in Delhi last night. He will be joining the Indian team after the Sri Lanka series in a bid to prepare for the upcoming South African tour.
