3. Arda Turan
Arsenal are set to miss out in signing Turkish Arda Turan from Barcelona. The right winger has failed to impress and was deemed surplus to requirements by coach Ernesto Valderve. He looks to return to Galatasary, where he initially made a name for himself. The club are offering him a deal of €70,000 a week.
4. Munir el Haddadi
Roma’s offer of €25m for youngster Munir has been rejected by Barcelona. The Serie A side are looking for alternatives to Riyad Mahrez and have chosen the 21-year-old, but the Catalan side are holding out for more. The forward has already been linked with a move to the Premier League as well as Ajax.

The Spaniard, although a midfielder, predominantly played a full-back role for Barcelona last season, with Dani Alves having left for Juventus.

7. Hector Bellerin
Barcelona have ditched plans to sign Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin during the summer transfer window, according to Sport.Bellerin had previously been Barca’s leading target to fill the right-back role next season, but Arsenal were unwilling to sell the Spaniard. And, with new coach Ernesto Valverde reportedly having doubts over Bellerin’s physical and technical capabilities, Barca have decided against pursuing a €40 million deal.
