-Goals for each class
There’s a ton in there, I’ll try to answer questions that I canhttps://t.co/fYgsZkizof

Riot Games, developer of popular MOBA game League of Legends have announced that there will be a few slight tweaks and that item effects would be reworked for the 2021 League of Legends preseason.
A blog post has been released by the developers. This has highlighted all the changes and tweaks that are going to be put into effect. Click here to read it.
With healing becoming more relevant in the context of the game, its counter, Grievous Wounds, which reduce healing received, have to naturally be adjusted. Without adjustment, they become a necessity in most games while adjusting it makes it a good choice in the context of the match-up.
The developers also plan to give Grieving Wounds a sharper effect. This will counter the heavy healing while also reducing the “upfront power.”
CDR is being reworked and will henceforth be called “Ability Haste.” They have reworked this to stack linearly instead of exponentially. So 10 Ability Haste gives you 10 per cent more abilities cast, and so on. The stat will scale similarly to other stats, like armour, magic resist, and attack speed.
Riot Games have said that this rework does not mean that CDR is nerfed. You will scale linearly and not exponentially. Also, they have removed the 40 per cent cap on Ability Haste.
Tenacity and Jungle items
Tenacity is an early game stat which is very important for crowd control in League of Legends. Riot feels a lot of the interactions are “unintuitive.” Jungle items are now going to be starter items which do not need investment. Junglers will get stats and bonuses from this.
Since the item changes are still in the early stages, they might further be adjusted before being updated to the live servers.
