Liverpool fans think they will sign Kevin De Bruyne after footage goes viral. The Man City midfielder is a self-confessed Liverpool fan.
Liverpool and Manchester City went to war with each other last night. Despite a valiant effort from Pep Guardiola’s side, Liverpool walked away with 3 points to put them 9 points clear at the top. Despite not being historic rivals, their clashes have become must watch affairs in recent times considering their recent success.
While Liverpool have a strong side, fans want to see the side being reinforced with newer world class talents who can take them to the next level. After Liverpool won their court case against New Balance which allows them to now sign a huge kit deal with NIKE.
Many had originally believed that the club would go for PSG Superstar Kylian Mbappe. However, Jurgen Klopp shot down the rumours saying that the wonderkid was too costly for them. The fans have now turned their sights on to another player after a video surfaced on the internet.

I will always think of KDB as the one that got away. Liverpool fan from young, world class midfielder. Would have been the perfect Gerrard successor, both in skill and spiritually.

KDB2020 > Mbappe2020 and it is not even a debate 😌

Salah and De Bruyne played for Chelsea in their early days. However, they were not in the club at the same time. The Belgian left the club on January 2014 while Salah joined the club 5 days later. Both of them eventually left in search for more game time and became superstars.
While it is mouth-watering to envisage both these players in the same team and linking with each other, it is unlikely that City will let him go. They do not have the financial necessity to sell arguably their best player and off all the teams, to Liverpool.
