Liverpool Transfer News: Reds' legend claims Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will leave soon

Liverpool Transfer News: Reds’ legend Jamie Carragher believes that Liverpool should win more, as Jurgen Klopp will not stay for long.

Liverpool have gained massive success under Jurgen Klopp, the main highlight is the Reds winning the Champions league after 14 years by defeating Premier league rivals Tottenham Hotspurs.

However, former Liverpool defender believes that the Merseyside club should win even more, as it will not be long before the German manager will bid an adieu to the club.

In an interaction with Pundit Arena, Jamie Carragher talked about how Liverpool should make the most of their opportunity in the present, as he doesn’t believe that Klopp will sign an extention.

“I’m not sure if he would sign another one. He’s only ever stayed at a club for seven years. I think over the next two or three years Liverpool have got to be looking to try to pick up as many trophies as possible

“You want the league, that’s the obvious one. They’ve got competitions this year, the World Club Cup, the Super Cup, just pick as much as you can before he goes. And hopefully, over the next two or three years, one of those will be the league for Klopp.”

Liverpool fans were gutted after they fell short by 1 point to conquer the Premier league. However, the Champions league triumph fulfilled the desires of Kopites.

Now, Liverpool are stepping into the new season with a brilliant squad, and are favourites among Manchester City to win the next edition of the Premier league. Plus, they will be defending their European title.

Hence, at some extent Carragher is right, and Liverpool should make most out of the remaining tenure with Klopp, as he has made the best Liverpool squad in years.
