Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola meets Rabiot for a potential transfer next summer. Adrien Rabiot is reportedly been target by Barcelona.
Barcelona target Adrien Rabiot met Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, or his staff in the last week, according to Spanish outlet Sport. Rabiot has been one of the biggest transfer targets for FC Barcelona, and the club is reportedly still keen on bringing him in the next transfer window.
Barcelona signed Arthur Melo and Arturo Vidal after their failure to sign Adrien Rabiot this summer, after Andres Iniesta left the club.
Paris Saint Germain has been desperately trying to get Rabiot, as well as other stars to sign a new deal with the club. The French midfielder’s current deal with the club expires in 2019.
According to Sport, Rabiot can negotiate with other sides from January 1 and PSG is keen on not letting the youngster go. The Frenchman is a first-teams starter for the Ligue 1 Champions and is one of the most-pursued young midfield talents in Europe.

RMC reports that Adrien Rabiot had never shown interest in renewing the deal with PSG, and wants to leave the club.
Sport now claims that Adrien Rabiot met Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola to discuss a possibility for transfer next summer.
PSG manager Thomas Tuchel has stated that he’s unsure of the Frenchman’s future at the club. “I’m not sure he’s staying, I want him to stay, but it’s up to him, he has great potential and he can improve even more,” the PSG manager said, as quoted by Marca.
