Man United Transfer News: Ferland Mendy hints at Kylian Mbappe and Paul Pogba double transfer to Real Madrid this summer with his statement.
Real Madrid are amidst massive squad overhaul, and have already made mega signings to bolster the squad ahead of the next season. However, the Los Blancos are still not satisfied as they aim to land more marquee signings.
According to a report by the Daily Star, Ferland Mendy has said that his compatriots will be a suitable fit in Los Blancos’ squad, if they wish to join this summer.
When asked if the duo would fit in behind the scenes at the Bernabeu, Mendy said: “Why not, they are players of a very good quality.” Meanwhile, Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois said Mbappe would be ‘very welcome’ at Real.
“If he will come to the Bernabéu, I do not know, really. But it is clear that players like him will always be very welcome at Real Madrid,” he said.
Zinedine Zidane has made it open that Paul Pogba is his priority target this summer, but Manchester United are not willing to quit the services of the player. However, Zidane is ready to splash the bank once again for Pogba.
On the other hand, Mbappe is the best young player in the world and deemed to grow his talent further. His exploits have lured Real Madrid to sign the French International.
Meanwhile, PSG are confident that the 20-year-old player will not leave the French giants this summer, and is committed to the long term project at Parc De Princes.
Although, the Spanish club is not ready to quit and want to hire several other marquee player, and will reportedly pursue both the players until the end of summer transfer window.
