Sergio Ramos to Liverpool: Senior Kopite source says Liverpool won't sign Ramos even for free

Sergio Ramos to Liverpool: Senior source at Liverpool claimed that the Merseyside club will not sign Spanish defender even for free.

Recently a ludicrous reports of Liverpool contacting Real Madrid for Sergio Ramos caused a storm, the same player who became the enemy of the Kopites after his antics during the Champions league final in 2018.

The Real Madrid superstar allegedly caused an injury to Liverpool’s sensation Mohamed Salah deliberately, which probably costed them the highest prize in Europe, according to the accusations of Liverpool fans.

The reports shocked the football fraternity as it seemed far-fetched. It is sure, regardless of Sergio Ramos’ desires to stay or leave Real Madrid, Liverpool fans would never want the Spanish defender in their club.

Therefore, according to an investigation by the Mirror,  it has been revealed that the Merseyside club are absolutely not interested in hiring the player as they recorded an anonymous statement by an inside senior source.

“There is 0.0 per cent chance of Sergio Ramos playing for Liverpool,” the source revealed to the Mirror. “It has nothing to do with what happened in Kiev last season.

“Ramos just doesn’t fit the kind of profile that Jurgen Klopp is looking for. We wouldn’t even sign him if he was available on a free.” the source was further quoted.

Therefore, it buries all the speculations of Sergio Ramos joining Jurgen Klopp’s side, even though, the player is a charismatic figure at the back but it seems that the Liverpool boss does not consider him fit for his side.

Hence, giving relief to those Liverpool fans, who hardheartedly refused to accept the arrival of the 33-year-old defender from Madrid.

Nevertheless, the earlier reports seem highly unrealistic as Sergio Ramos, who has served Los Blancos for more than 14 years would not leave the club until something dramatic happens.
