Man United Transfer News: Manchester United snub £40 million rated Youri Tielemans as they are assertive to keep Paul Pogba.
Manchester United posed interest in Leicester City’s highly rated youngster Youri Tielemans, as they need midfield reinforcements ahead of next season.
However, in recent advancements, according to a report by the Metro states that Manchester United have snubbed interests for Tielemans, as the club is reported to focus at other targets.
The Leicester City midfielder was reportedly offered to Manchester United for £40 million but Manchester United have declined the opportunity to hire the services of him.
It is reported that the Red Devils are near to capture Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon, and are certain to keep Paul Pogba at the club, despite his controversial statement.
The French International fueled his transfer speculations after his statement to the press in Tokyo. The 26-year-old player is massively linked with Real Madrid, as Los Blancos are determined to bring Pogba from Manchester United.
Meanwhile, Tielemans impressed everyone during his loan stint with the Foxes, and have aroused interests of several clubs in England.
However, sudden availability of superior players at the same position has brought his valuation down rapidly this summer. Thus, it seems that Manchester United have also opted to look at their other prospects.
For now, it remains to see whether Manchester United will complete the signing of Bruno Fernandes or would opt to remain with same midfield.
