Man Utd transfer: Fans believe that Bruno Fernandes has dropped a massive hint that he will join Manchester United in the coming days.
A lot was promised to Manchester United fans last season. Ola Gunnar Solskjaer had declared that the team would be reinforced with new signings. However, with only 10 days left, the promised revamp looks increasingly difficult.

There have only been 4 transfer movements within the club. Two outbound and two inbound. Ander Herrera and Antonio Valencia have both left the club on a free. Daniel James arrived from Swansea City for £15 million. While Aaron Wan-Bissaka cost United £50 million to sign from Crystal Palace.
Both James and Wan-Bissaka have performed exceptionally well for the club in their pre-season tour. However, United fans were definitely expecting more players to join in with perhaps a couple of marquee signings as well.
Marquee Signing
United are currently linked with Leicester’s Harry Maguire and Sporting Lisbon’s Bruno Fernandes. Both of them can easily be marquee signings. They will also prove to be key in a team that desperately needs reinforcements in their midfield and defence.
Fernandes has been heavily linked with United after his phenomenal performance last season. He scored 31 goals in 50 games for Sporting last season. Catalan newspaper Sport went so far as to report that Manchester United had reached an agreement with Sporting Lisbon for the Portuguese over the weekend.

As things stand now, Fernandes is still a Sporting player. However, fans believe that the attacking midfielder has just dropped a massive hint that he has played his last game for the Portuguese outfit and is headed to Old Trafford.
On Sunday evening, Sporting played a friendly against Valencia. What caught the attention of United fans was Fernandes being in tears after the match. United fans seemed to be besides themselves seeing him in tears because they believe that this meant that he was done with the club.
