Will Bruno Fernandes play against Liverpool if the former completes the transfer of the Portuguese midfielder this winter transfer window.

Manchester United is closing down on the transfer of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting CP. The signing of the Portuguese International to the club is very crucial as Ole Solskjaer intends to bolster his squad.

Amidst all of this, Manchester United is set to play against Liverpool in the next game-week of the Premier League. With reports claiming that the transfer is about to happen, the question remains whether Fernandes will play against Liverpool?

If Manchester United intends to give Fernandes his Premier League debut against Liverpool then the Red Devils will have to register him as their player by noon on Friday if they want him to feature against Liverpool this weekend.

Premier League rules stipulate players must be registered by 12 pm (BST) on the last working day before the match in question to be eligible to feature. United’s game at Anfield kicks off at 4.30 pm (BST) on Sunday.

The match between Manchester United and Liverpool are always intense as its the biggest rivalry in England. However, under current circumstances, there is a staggering difference between both squads.
