Man Utd Transfer News: Manchester United decide against signing Juventus forward Paulo Dybala over reasons of pay and commitment issues.
Manchester United have been part of several transfer saga’s this summer. Paul Pogba, Harry Maguire and Romelu Lukaku being the three most prominent ones. While Pogba and Maguire are not an issue anymore (at least until Real come with the big bucks for Pogba), Lukaku still remains a concern.

Lukaku seemed all but set to leave Old Trafford after Juventus came calling. United and Juventus have been in talks over a possible swap deal. One that would see, Paulo Dybala come in the opposite direction. However, United seem to have lost interest in the Argentine now.
United pull the plug on Dybala transfer
The telegraph have reported that United have decided to move on from the Juventus forward. Dybala’s hesitance to leave Juventus and the huge wage demands for himself and his manager have been cited as the reasons.
Ola Gunnar Solskjaer only wants to bring in players who are fully committed to United’s cause and a half-hearted Dybala is the exact opposite of the kind of players the Norwegian wants to bring in. Another reason mentioned is the complications over the player’s image rights.
#MUFC have walked away from move for Dybala over doubts about his desire to move to OT, the player’s wage demands & exorbitant agents’ fees. Effectively ends Lukaku’s hopes of move to Juve. Remains to be seen what happens with Mandzukic https://t.co/6A4RGBBEue

This leaves Romelu Lukaku and Mario Mandzukic’s future in disarray after it seemed that the transfer was all but confirmed. United still have a suitor in Inter Milan and could still sell the Belgian. However, with just a few days left to the close of the English transfer season, United may find it hard to sign a replacement in time.
Fortunately for Solskjaer, they have the funds to spend and could easily bring a replacement should they choose to splurge. However, Solksjaer does not believe in bringing in replacements for the sake of it and has been encouraged by the performance of young stars such as Mason Greenwood and Tahith Chong and is prepared to give them their chances.
