Man Utd Transfer News: Manchester United are considering to make a £30 million bid for Tottenham star defender ahead of transfer window.
Manchester United have major crisis at the back four and need immediate reinforcements to solve the issues, which costed them top-4 spot in the upcoming Champions league edition.
