Marcus Rashford has been in breathtaking form since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over Manchester United during mid-December. The English striker has scored four goals and set up one in the five games under the interim manager.

With the new brand of football under the Norwegian by taking the game to opponents half and attacking the game. It has been a fabulous start for Solskjaer who has won six games out of six to move six points closer to the fourth-placed Chelsea.

However, the management is not ready to take any risk as they are prepared to offer him massive 150,000-pound wages to keep him further at the club, according to the English publication Mirror.

Currently, on a 75,000-pound wage, the new deal could see his wage getting rocketed to a sky-high 150,000 which would double the amount. But, the Red Devils will do everything to keep their academy graduate at Old Trafford.

When Mourinho was in the reign, he was struggling to find his feet. There were plenty of reports quoting that the Manchester United striker is wanted by the reigning European Champions Real Madrid.

It has been hard for Real Madrid to be involved among goals this season following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo. Karim Benzema has been blowing cold and hot, whilst Marco Asensio has failed to step up, Gareth Bale has been down with injuries which might force Florentino Perez to make a change in the front line. However, he is now being awarded a new contract from the Red Devils to fend off interest from the Los Blancos.

Brazilian Vinicius Junior is very young and is still finding his feet at Santiago Bernabeu. They have plotted a move for Marcus Rashford with a long term view. However, he is now being awarded a new contract to fend off interest from the Los Blancos.
