“Mo is in a good mood”: Jurgen Klopp Brushes Aside News Of Salah Wanting To Quit Liverpool: The Liverpool manager was least interested in adding fire to the rumours of Salah aspiring to move away from the club

Across the course of the last week, a magnitude of the news emerging from Liverpool has been engulfed around Salah’s future at the club. The set of events transpiring around the week had seen the rumour mongers work overtime to spin a narrative of the player departing Liverpool.

The reports stemming from the club were first prompted by Salah’s interview where he had refused to pour water of the ever present links between him, Real Madrid and Barcelona. With the Liverpool player also voicing out his displeasure at not having being named captain against Midtjylland in the Champions League, many had envisaged if Salah was seriously contemplating an exit.

“Who knows what will happen in the future, but right now I am focused on winning the Premier League and the Champions League with Liverpool again,” Salah had said when asked if he was enticed by the La Liga.

Subsequently left out of Liverpool’s playing 11 against Crystal Palace ensuing the interview, reports of Salah set to leave Liverpool had only escalated. However, Klopp has finally decided to have his say on the matter with the Liverpool boss refuting all such reports.

“Mo is in a good mood, a good moment, really good shape,” Klopp said in his presser on Wednesday.

“That’s the most important thing. Today, you would have seen him laughing a lot in training.

“All the rest, nice for you all to write about but, internally, nothing really.”

Klopp’s comments are bound to come as a massive source of solace to Liverpool supporters. Salah has across the years grown as the club’s spearhead of attack with him once again emerging as their top scorer with 13 goals in the ongoing edition of the Premier League.
