Mohamed Salah poses with young fan who ran into lamp post trying to get a wave

Mohamed Salah poses with a young fan who ran into a lamp post while trying to get a wave.

Mohamed Salah is a hero for many Liverpool fans. The Egyptian has been a scintillating hit since joining the club in 2016 for £36 million.

The former Roma attacker scored 44 goals during his first season and carried the Reds to the Champions League final. In the subsequent season, his goal tally was limited to 27, but he crossed the Champions League final line with Liverpool, thereby ending the trophy drought in the red side of Merseyside.

His on-field performances have been phenomenal, so does his off-field gestures. He is a calm, soft-spoken, and calm guy, and always has time for his fans. He never lives without engagement with his fans.

And he further endeared himself to the Liverpool fan by stopping a youngster who suffered a nasty injury after running into a lamp post.

The youngster, while trying to get a wave from Liverpool’s number 11, ran into the post. Mohamed Salah was in the other end of it, but once he saw the youngster bleeding, he stopped and apologized to the youngster.

Salah posed with the boy after this incident, which came to light on Twitter after an account named @joecoopter93 wrote the following.

“Thank you for coming back to check on my boys after Louis KO’d himself trying to get a wave!

“He loves you so much and the pain went away instantly when you came to give them a hug. A nose reset worth well worth it he said. You are a top man and a true gent! #EgyptianKing”

We’re also glad to hear that Louis, who can be seen with blood coming out of his nose, wasn’t too badly hurt during the incident.

No doubt he’ll never forget this incident until the very end.
