MS Dhoni, the fitness freak- At a glance
Former Indian Captain and currently the member of the Chennai Super Kings franchise in the IPL, MS Dhoni has always been a very fit player.
He may not be spending hours and hours in the gym but he still remains very athletic. The veteran keeper-batsman of the Indian cricket team has been posting various stories on Instagram about his fitness and food that have the potential of anyone envious.

Dhoni is one of the greatest cricketers that India has ever produced. He has close to 10000 runs in ODI and has various records as a wicketkeeper as well. Currently, he is the most senior player in the Indian team.
Dhoni has certainly been not only the greatest Indian Captain but also one of the greatest all-time cricketers to ever don the blue jersey. Dhoni’s tenure as Captain has seen India win the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 World Cup, the 2013 Champions Trophy and reach the number one ranking in test matches under Dhoni’s captaincy.
Even at the verge of hitting the 37-year-old mark, Dhoni remains one of the fittest players in the Indian team. Even at the fag end of his career, he has the potential to give any youngster a run for his money.
