18 Days After Jimmy Butler’s Heat Eliminated the Knicks, Jalen Brunson Unfollows Josh Hart on Twitter
The New York Knicks surprised everyone this season. After getting Jalen Brunson as a free agent over the offseason, the Knicks started turning their fortune around and gave us their deepest playoff run of the past decade. However, 18 days ago, Jimmy Butler and his Heat put that to an end, as they eliminated the Knicks in the 2nd round. During that time, Brunson and Josh Hart have been rather active on Twitter.
Everything seemed fine between the former Villanova turned Knicks teammates, until an hour or so ago. Not too long ago, Jalen Brunson went on Twitter and uploaded a video of him unfollowing Josh Hart.

Here’s the hilarious reason behind the same.
Jalen Brunson unfollows Josh Hart over ‘breast milk’
Josh Hart recently became a father. In fact, he had twins a day before the Knicks played Game 6 against the Heat in Miami. As soon as the game ended, he flew straight to the hospital to meet his newborn children.
Being away from basketball and at home with his daddy duties, Hart had a question that didn’t sit right with Jalen Brunson. Hart took to his Twitter and asked,
Have yall ever tasted yall significant others breast milk? Asking for a friend
— Josh Hart (@joshhart) May 31, 2023
This question clearly did not sit well with Jalen Brunson. He replied to it and said,
Nah bro no BS delete my number https://t.co/ApNQ26pplN

And minutes later, he uploaded the video of him unfollowing Josh Hart. This is clearly a joke between the two teammates. They’ve known each other for a long time, and have been pulling shenanigans for a long time.
While Brunson was disgusted with the comment, there were other NBA fathers who responded to Hart’s question.
CJ McCollum and De’Aaron Fox also replied to Josh Hart
Being at home during the playoffs is an incredibly difficult task for an NBA player. They miss the competition and can’t wait to get back on the court. However, while they wait, they turn to social media. Today, CJ McCollum and De’Aaron Fox couldn’t help themselves from reacting to what Hart had to say.
CJ saw Hart’s tweet and said,
“Sick conversation 😂 heard it goes down like almond milk 😂”
Hart responded to it and said,
Not going to lie to you bro…it’s better https://t.co/su6nRCwgrc
— Josh Hart (@joshhart) May 31, 2023
Fox replied to Hart’s tweet and said,
“I’m actually not surprised you asked the question less than a month in”
Hart replied and said,
😂😂😂😂 bro I know every new dad wondered https://t.co/AQiRw9mKrA

Welp. I guess what Josh’s ‘disgusted’ teammate Jalen is trying to tell him is to take this conversation off the internet and perhaps somewhere personal, where others, including himself, can’t see it.
