After Helping Maverick Carter Build $60 Million Empire, LeBron James Hypes Bronny and His Oregon Football Friend's future

LeBron James has always been known to still be close to some of his high school and childhood friends. This includes Maverick Carter, his business manager whose net worth is currently estimated to be $60 million. Carter has been LeBron’s manager since 2003 and has been involved in all of the investments that he has made since. James is also known to be close to advertising and marketing manager Randy Kims, who he nicknamed “Ernie Ramos.”

On his Instagram, the LA Lakers star reposted an Ernie Ramos post congratulating both their sons for becoming college athletes. Bronny recently announced his decision to join USC, while his friend Austin is joining the University of Oregon.

LeBron James is the last NBA player who joined the league after skipping college. He has been utterly supportive of Bronny’s decision to join USC and believes his son is on his way to the NBA as well.

LeBron’s long-term friend Ernie Ramos shared a heart-warming post on Instagram congratulating Bronny and Austin. The two teenagers are childhood friends and professional athletes, with Austin hoping to make the NFL in the future.

Regardless, the post congratulated the two, with Ernie claiming that he was proud of the young men who had only recently graduated high school. Ernie Ramos also claimed that both Oregon and USC were lucky, and the two friends have fantastic futures ahead.

Bronny replied to the post with the word, “brothers.” Bronny and Austin are childhood friends who continue to be very close.

Both of them are hoping to make it as athletes and appear well on track. The King, who himself appears to cherish some of his oldest friendships, will no doubt be proud of his 18-year-old son.

King James is still close to his childhood friends

LeBron will undoubtedly be happy to see that Bronny and Austin get along so well. James himself has always ensured that those he cares about also benefit from his extraordinary success.

Maverick Carter is a big example of just that. The two met in St. Vincent-Saint Mary High School and have remained close friends ever since. Carter started a career with Nike as a field representative.

After James joined the NBA in 2003, he made Carter his business manager, and the two have been working together since. James’s current net worth of more than a billion might be impressive. However, it means much more because it is accompanied by the mutual growth of those he cares about the most.
