Charles Barkley Questions Jayson Tatum's Outfit Ahead of Game 4 vs Heat: "Does That Say Bahamas?!"

Things aren’t going right for Jayson Tatum and his team at the moment. Prior to their series against the Miami Heat, the 3x All-Star was constantly hot and cold but kept getting away with it. But now, against Miami, the Celtics face elimination in just the fourth game in the series. Going by this and his love for going home from work early, Charles Barkley decided to troll Jayson Tatum for the Celtics’ underperformance. And his method of doing it was apparently to question his outfit before Game 4 on Inside the NBA.

At this current moment, the Celtics are down 0-3 in this race to 4 wins. Mathematically speaking, a comeback isn’t impossible. However, in NBA history, not a single team has been able to come back from 0-3 down yet. In fact, in that category, teams aiming to make a comeback is an astounding 0-150.

Jayson Tatum and the Celtics are up against it here. Can they somehow be the first team to pull this off? Charles Barkley apparently really hopes not, even poking fun at Jayson Tatum’s shirt and hoping it means he got to start vacation early.

Charles Barkley hoped the shirt said ‘Bahamas’ as an allusion to where Jayson Tatum will be after Game 4

Tatum will be fighting for his season in Game 4. If he wins, the Celtics will have pushed a Game 5 and hope to push this series to 7 games in the hopes of winning. However, if Boston loses this game, the Miami Heat will go through to the NBA Finals, kickstarting both the Celtics’ and Charles Barkley’s vacation period. And frankly, this might be something the NBA legend is a bit too excited about.

“Does that say Bahamas?!”

Unfortunately for Chuck, the shirt read Nahmias and not Bahamas. However, after how the first half turned out, maybe it should have read Bahamas. Charles Barkley has always been a fan of going home early. So, it makes sense that Chuck is already hallucinating, hoping to kickstart his vacation just that little bit sooner.

But, while Barkley may not always have the best reasons for vehemently begging to go home, apparently, things are different now. After all, he is just an excited grandfather now, looking to spend some time with his grandkids.

Charles excitedly gave a shoutout to his granddaughter on Inside the NBA

Charles Barkley is an absolute family man. After Game 3 of this series, Barkley decided to call out to his newborn granddaughter excitedly. Take a look at this cute yet hilarious moment.

As much as Charles wants to spend time with his grandchildren, and despite the world wanting that for him, too, the Celtics will not be going down easy. After all, they are fighting for their season.
