The Phoenix Suns and the Milwaukee Bucks have had the best seasons in their recent franchise history. After having a pretty successful regular season, and solid playoffs so far, both these teams are battling it out for that prestigious Larry O’Brien trophy. And this finals series is even more entertaining than we hoped it to be.
After losing the first two games of the series by 13 and 10 points respectively, the Bucks found themselves in a hole. However, showing a lot of confidence, Giannis Antetokounmpo and co. cut down the 2-0 deficit by blowing out the Suns in game three. And on Wednesday night, Milwaukee won Game 4 by a narrow 109-103 margin.
Devin Booker’s impressive 42 points night was eclipsed by Khris Middleton’s clutch 40 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists performance, to help Milwaukee tie the finals series 2-2.
During his 42-point performance, DBook shot an efficient 17-of-28 from the field, while knocking down 89% of his free throws. Despite being sensational the entire game, the 2-time All-Star missed a clutch layup and vented his frustrations out on the officials.
NBA Fans blast Devin Booker for missing a clutch layup and getting frustrated at the referee
With 26 seconds remaining on the clock, the Bucks leading 103-99, Devin drove in the paint and ended up missing a clutch layup. Booker believed that PJ Tucker had fouled him, but the referees didn’t believe so.
NBA Twitter mocked DBook for asking for a foul call, which clearly was a great defensive play.
I really like Devin Booker but the audacity to complain to the ref there!

The narrative could’ve been different had the Suns combo guard knocked down that layup. However, they have now lost back-to-back games, with the series all levelled up at 2 games apiece.
With the series shifting back to Phoenix for Game 5, the Suns would hope to stop the bleeding and win the home game. While, the in-form Milwaukee who seem to be in good momentum, are hungry to grab that 3-2 series lead.
