Ja Morant seems to have gotten under the limelight again and for the wrong reasons. Just a few months ago, he was flashing guns on Instagram Live and was facing multiple accusations from hitting teenagers in malls to showing off a gun in a nightclub. It seemed rather bleak for Morant. Then the NBA stepped in and stopped it. But even after he repented, it doesn’t look like he does. Now he was seen with another person brandishing a gun. And people are wondering if Ja Morant has a brother.

It is human nature to think about a lot of things. And especially if it is one of our favorite athletes, our minds will wander. And with Ja Morant back with his antics, we can’t help but think of the people he is related to.
Ja grew up in the suburbs but his actions do not seem to reflect. A desire to show off his “hood side” does not seem to go away. We even wrote about him coming back to the NBA and immediately singing a rap song about guns and violence.
Looks like Ja does not want to learn from his mistakes. His most recent video shows him next to a person. And the question is whether he has a brother or not.
Does Ja Morant Have a Brother?
No. Ja Morant does not have a brother. He does have a sister namely Teniya Morant. That answers the question in regard to the video.
And in the video, Ja was likely with an acquaintance. The video itself is quite shocking, take a look.

Ja was raised in Dalzell, South Carolina. H grew up in a tight-knit community that provided the foundation for his love of basketball. From an early age, he faced challenges but used them as fuel to fuel his passion for the game. Growing up in a single-parent household, Morant was raised by his mother, who worked tirelessly to provide for him and his sister.
Perhaps, this is just Ja lashing out. After all, he missed out on a huge payday thanks to his antics.
Ja Morant misses out on $39 million thanks to his actions
This year, Morant didn’t make an All-NBA team this year, most likely thanks to the fact that he missed a couple of games and his season was shrouded in controversy.
All of the events that transpired mean that he missed out on being on an All-NBA team. This made him ineligible for a contract extension that would have given him $233 million.
And in Memphis

Instead, he will only get $194 million this summer. The gun debacle might have cost him $39 million. And it also might be a reason for him lashing out.
