“Feels Like Charles Barkley’s Fat A**!”: Shaquille O’Neal Hilariously Re-Enacted Scenes From Adam Sandler’s Hits on Inside the NBA
Shaquille O’Neal has been an entertainer, on and off the court for some time now. During a segment on NBA on TNT, he recreated iconic scenes from Adam Sandler’s “Happy Gilmore”, while hilariously putting his own characters in. Shaq re-enacted various scenes, from being scared to pee on the road and asking Sandler to join him in the action, to the Str*p game where he removes his shirt when Sandler gives the right answer. O’Neal slyly even took a dig at his foe-turned-friend Charles Barkley, in one of the scenes.
Shaq and Charles Barkley both had legendary basketball careers. However, they have been a sight for sore eyes whenever they are on screen, whether the Chuckster is giving out guarantees about Playoff winners or Shaq roasting Chuck for not winning a single NBA championship. They are known to bring hilarious moments whenever they are on screen together.
Shaq’s Hilarious take on Happy Gilmore made everyone Chuck-le
Adam Sandler made a guest appearance on NBA on TNT, where he had a conversation with Shaq about their upcoming movie which was slated to release on Halloween in 2019, Sandler mentioned how Shaq used to beg him to take him in movies during his playing career where Shaq mentions. “I always tell a story about how I used to beg you to be in movies and they didn’t believe.”
In response, what Sandler used to say was, “Win first Shaq! Win first.” Shaq showed clips from the movie, where he humorously replaced himself in various scenes in the movie, as seen in the clip by NBA on TNT.
In one of the videos, Sandler helps his granny to fix her Air Conditioning and when he goes to check, the AC Vent falls out of the window and falls onto Shaq who is disguised as an elderly woman. The highlight of the whole clip was when ‘the Big Diesel’ compared Charles Barkley to a heavy air conditioner that fell onto him and stated the following.
“Mister Mister, Get the thing off me. It feels like Barkleys Fat A**”
The whole crew bursts into laughter after the clip is aired under ‘Shaqtin Productions’. Kenny Smith told Adam Sandler that it was one of the best decisions to cast Shaq in such a sequence.
Adam Sandler admires Shaq’s junk for historical reasons
In a hilarious interview with Conan on TBS, Conan asked Sandler about Shaq being in the movie and how fun of a guy he is. To this, Sandler readily agrees and even mentions that people find Shaq funnier than the actor in a few cases. In continuation of the conversation, Sandler mentions his love for the game of basketball and how he and Shaq used to play basketball during the shoot. However, the story took an unexpected turn when he said the following.
We have to get back to the movie set, Shaq has to take a shower, so everyone’s like alright see you later, but in my head i was like i want to see Shaq’s P***s, to which Conan says “For historical Reasons”
This conversation and the replies given by Shaq when he confronted Sandler show how comfortable and friendly their connection is on professional and personal terms. Shaq’s movies with Adam Sandler include Grown Ups 2, Blended, Jack and Jill, Hubie Halloween, and Hustle.
