“First Song He Knows the Words Too”: ‘Unintentionally Funny’ LeBron James’ Game 5 Entrance Leaves Fans Stunned

The Los Angeles Lakers have made their way to San Francisco to take on the Golden State Warriors. Taking a 3-1 lead at home, the Lakers are hoping to close the series tonight and possibly get some rest before the Conference Finals. LeBron James and the squad had a different swagger about themselves coming to Chase Center. The NBA noted the same and gave us a pre-game outfit video, which also featured some singing on LeBron’s part.

The Lakers have outmatched the Warriors on size this series, and continue to make their mark felt on the free-throw line. They continued to stay unbeaten at the Crypto.Com arena this postseason, building a 3-1 lead heading to Game 5.

That lead gave the Lakers a lot of confidence in themselves, which led us to witness LeBron James indulging in some public singing before the game.

LeBron James stuns fans by singing lyrics correctly

As we all know, LeBron James has a beautiful history with songs, especially hip-hop and rap. The Lakers’ superstar loves listening to them and vibing, but it’s when he starts singing them that things go wrong.

Tonight, while his entrance for Game 5 was being shot, Bron decided to let the world know what he was listening to. We could hear him sing,

“Baguettes on my wrist, bling!
See we ball till we fall, look, look”

These are the lyrics to ‘Millionaire Dream‘ by Big Tymers.

What had fans stunned was the fact that Bron got the lyrics right. They showed their shock via various tweets.

LeBron and his history of butchering songs

The Lakers superstar is excellent at most of the things he sets out to do. He’s great at basketball, business, ‘reading’ and singing as well. His habit of butchering lyrics is somewhat legendary. In fact, once he messed up 6LACK’s lyrics so bad, he made the rapper question what he’d actually put out.

There are many other instances of the same on Twitter and the internet.

It’s great to see that Bron has started to pay attention to the lyrics along with the beat, and maybe now the trolls will stop.
