Giannis Antetokounmpo had one of the greatest NBA Finals performances of all time as the Milwaukee Bucks took their first NBA title in 50 years.

The Greek Freak was in his element all night long. He finished the game with an unreal statline of 50 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks. The Bucks needed every single of those points as they secured a 4th straight win in the series.
There’s little doubt that Milwaukee would have wilted without the Greek Freak’s contributions on both ends of the floor. Giannis channeled his aggression perfectly while keeping his wits about him for his 3rd 40-point game of the series.
Every single NBA fan was astounded by Giannis’ incredible play on the night. It obviously didn’t come out of the left field, but 50-point games have always been rare.
Perhaps the most surprising part of the night was the confidence with which Giannis made his free throws. ‘Superman’ as Shaq likes to call him, put Shaq to shame with his freebie shooting on the night.
NBA Twitter congratulates Giannis Antetokounmpo for winning Finals MVP

It’s been one of the greatest NBA playoffs in recent memory. The Bucks overcame adversity at every step, and Giannis was an ever-present – he was the engine room of the team.
The Greek Freak deserves all of this adulation and more from NBA fans. Perhaps it’s time for LeBron to pass his crown on as the best player on the planet?
