'LeBron James tapped your chest twice': Nick Young reminds Gilbert Arenas of meltdown against Lakers star on post about Nate Robinson

Gilbert Arenas posted a message in support of fellow pro Nate Robinson following his defeat. But his friend Nick Young put him on blast for the world to see.

Jake Paul pulverized Nate Robinson through 2 rounds of their 6-round fight. He knocked Robinson out with over a minute left in the 2nd round. The shorter Nate was clearly no match for Jake Paul’s training and physique. His loss came as an upset to many from the NBA world.

The manner of Nate Robinson’s defeat meant that he was understandably trolled by several people. Gilbert Arenas, however, wasn’t one of them.

Gilbert Arenas’ Instagram post in support of Nate Robinson and Swaggy P’s reply

Arenas posted a long message on Instagram reminding Nate Robinson of how he’d overcome adversity in his NBA career:

“U went out there, u got knocked out and became and insist meme NOW get back in the lab, that ass whooping was no different then the first time u had to guard @theofficialai3 @starburymarbury @iambarondavis #ME we beat that ass and that didn’t stop u from putting on that jersey.”

“A great ass whooping by someone is what makes a champion. lick ur wounds, watch what u did wrong, watch what u did right, adjust, study becuz it’s never where u start it’s where u finish. U said u were doing this for all the hoopers then u should know a real hooper bounce back game is litty.”

Swaggy P, a former teammate of Arenas, wasted no time in taking the mickey out of his friend.

“Gil, after Bron tapped your chest twice and made you miss those free throws we all been waiting for you to bounce back.”

Incidentally, the duo are very close and Arenas is often spotted at Young’s household, terrorizing his children. Their friendship truly is an untapped treasure for NBA fans.
