Every master knows when they have peaked. Inside they know. Ask Jordan, ask LeBron. To belong to the pantheon of NBA greats you need to know when you are at the peak of your powers. Wardell Stephen Curry, the point guard for the Golden State Warriors knew it last year.

In an iconic NBA Finals Matchup that no one expected, Curry took over Game 4 of the series against the Boston Celtics and displayed a pure mastery of his craft. Ones that we will often continue to talk about, for years to come.

And as the Golden State Warriors return to TD Garden tonight, we recall that fateful night and Steph himself has a few words to say.

Stephen Curry unleashed his expertise as the Warriors beat the Celtics on the back of his 43 points!

Steph talks candidly and with jubilation in his voice when recalling the game. He scorched the Celtics for a fiery 43 points. And in a manner that made their ground shake.

The Warriors were down 2-1 and it was a must-win game. Curry, a master of the game decided that it was time he showcased the full range of his craft.

“By any means necessary baby”, He says at the end of the game. A sign that the series had just opened up and the experienced Warriors could finally flex their chops.

However, no one can deny that a debate is now brewing. While Steph may not have the passing number, he certainly possesses the guile.

Whether or not you pit him as your greatest, there is no denying he is in the conversation. And tonight, he may just unleash his skill to prove his point.
