Before moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Giannis Antetokounmpo grew up in the streets of Greece. While there, he honed his skills, both as a baller and as a hawker.
That’s right, as a kid, the Greek Freak was one of the most persistent hawkers in Athens. Giannis spoke about his days selling trinkets on an episode of 60 minutes, developing persistence as a salesman. Something he has carried forward to the basketball court.

There can be no denying that Giannis’ persistence and need to win have taken him far in the NBA. Even winning him an NBA Championship.
Well, he will continue chasing glory this season. As he looks to win his second championship with the Milwaukee Bucks.
