‘Infamous’ Analyst Vehemently Claims LeBron James Will Win a Ring With Stephen Curry Next Season: “That Team Wins a Title”
LeBron James’s Lakers were the ones that knocked out Stephen Curry’s Warriors during this postseason. And, of course, they were recently knocked out themselves in the Western Conference Finals. At the moment, both teams are highly frustrated about how their team doesn’t have enough juice to go over the top. But what if these two players joined forces? An infamous analyst has been on this bandwagon for some time. And now that the King is rumored to be looking to go somewhere else, his claims are only looking sharper by the day.
LeBron James has often talked about the Warriors superstar as the one player that he would most like to team up with. But would he be willing to go all the way over to the Bay Area and make it happen? According to Nick Wright, absolutely.
Nick Wright claims LeBron James will absolutely join Stephen Curry and the Warriors to make a title charge next season
All things considered, the Warriors did not look good at all during this past postseason. After being spruced up with far too much controversy, every single member of the roster looked exhausted. Add to that a 7-game series against the Kings that went right down to the wire, the Warriors had nothing to left to give against the Lakers.
On the other side of things here, LeBron James and co. had a far more positive season. After all, they started this year with a 2-10 record and looked beyond unlikely even to make the postseason at the time. However, any sweet taste that fact brought on was quickly soured due to a sweep by the Nuggets.
If both teams have anything in common, it is that they aren’t of championship caliber just yet. However, it’d only take a simple move for one of them to become arguably the strongest contenders in the Western Conference… at least according to Nick Wright. Take a look at what he said in the tweet by NBA Central below.
“The Warriors starting lineup would be Steph, Klay, LeBron, Draymond & Looney, with Wiggins and GP2 off the bench. That team wins the title.”

“The Warriors starting lineup would be Steph, Klay, LeBron, Draymond & Looney, with Wiggins and GP2 off the bench. That team wins the title.”
On the one hand, there is no way this happens. While LeBron James has expressly explained that he wants to play with Curry, Steph himself said that it probably won’t happen.
But on the other hand, all that was before the Warriors were humiliated in the playoffs. Could their exit in the second round have influenced Golden State’s stance on acquiring LeBron James?
All that said, there is still one more thing to consider here. Will LeBron James be retiring after this season?
LeBron James made a speech about potentially retiring
It’s safe to say that LeBron James is now getting on in age, at 38. And while the world at large does like to pretend it doesn’t exist, LeBron James is clearly regressing bit by bit. And the man has noticed it just enough to potentially think about retiring from the sport entirely.
However, when he hinted at it, fans erupted in laughter, saying that it was all a grand plan to get what he wants, whether that is Kyrie Irving to the Lakers, or to play on the same team as Bronny James. For more details, click right here.
