The Los Angeles Clippers went into Game 3 of the first-round series against the Phoenix Suns without Kawhi Leonard. After winning Game 1 on the road, they succumbed to the Suns in Game 2. Coming back to LA, the Clippers were considered favorites for Game 3. However, that was before Kawhi was ruled OUT for the game.

In his absence, Russell Westbrook and Norman Powell put up incredible numbers, as the Clippers fought the Suns the whole night. However, the result went in the Suns’ favor, with them taking a 2-1 lead with a 129-124 win.

Devin Booker scored an explosive 45 points to lead the Suns to the win. Heading into Game 4, the Clippers’ fans are anxious to know Kawhi’s status.

Kawhi Leonard has been ruled OUT for Game 4

The Clippers’ fans cannot seem to catch a break. After they lost Paul George for the first round of the playoffs, now they might not even have Kawhi Leonard. After missing Game 3, Kawhi has now been listed as OUT for Game 4, according to the latest injury report.

Russell Westbrook had addressed the injury after Game 3. Back then, the team was optimistic about Kawhi returning.

Heading into Game 4, it’ll be upon Russ once again to lead the charge against KD and co.
