Is LeBron James playing tonight vs Clippers? Lakers release injury list for season opener against Clippers and Kawhi Leonard
Will LeBron James feature in the Lakers’ season opener against the Clippers tonight, headlining the ring ceremony for Lakers nation?
The Lakers will be headed into the new season full of promise, anticipation and self-belief. They had a perfect preseason record, and their offseason dealings were even better than those.
They acquired Marc Gasol, Dennis Schroder and Montrezl Harrell as replacements for the departed McGee, Rondo and Dwight Howard. This makes them a more talented and arguably a more complete unit overall.
Given the one-sided nature of their triumph in the playoffs, they will have to be considered as the prohibitive favorites for the upcoming season.
Is LeBron James playing tonight vs the Clippers?
The Lakers are one of only two NBA teams with not a single player even listed as questionable. This means that LeBron James will take part on opening night once again for the umpteenth time in his career, barring a late injury.
LeBron will be looking to set his team on path for victory in as few minutes played as possible. The last time James was in position to defend his title with the favorites, he was successful at it. The Heat took on and beat the Spurs in 7 grueling games during the 2013 NBA Finals.
WOW!!!! Ring 💍 Night man!! It just hit me. Man o Man!!! Hate my family, friends and fans won’t be there to witness it 😞 though! Nevertheless I can’t believe I’m RINGING it up again! #TrulyBlessed🙏🏾 #ThekidfromAKRON🤴🏾

The ring ceremony will be held ahead of the night’s game between two titanic rivals. James and Anthony Davis comprise the best duo the NBA has in today’s game, given how much they complement each other’s skillsets. We’ve got to enjoy their time together at their peaks as much as we can before Father Time cintervenes.
