Coming off a 65-point performance at an Atlanta Pro-Am Game last week, former MVP finalist Isaiah Thomas dropped an incredible 81-point performance at Jamal Crawford’s The Crawsover Pro-Am League.

Back in 2017, Isaiah Thomas was one of the topmost guards in the league. In fact, the former 60th pick of the 2011 Draft was one of the 3 MVP candidates that season, after averaging 28.9 points, 5.9 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game. Thomas managed to put up these unreal numbers while leading the Celtics to have the best 53-29 record in the entire Eastern Conference.
However, ever since the 2018 season, IT has been just been tossed around the league. Since the 2017-208 season, Isaiah has played for the Cavaliers, Lakers, Denver, Washington and even signed a 10-day contract to play 3 games with the New Orleans Pelicans this past year.
Even though he hasn’t been playing in the league, the Free Agent point guard has been absolutely sensational at the Pro-Am games this summer. Over the weekend, at Jamal Crawford’s The Crawsover Pro-Am League in Seattle, the 5-foot-9 guard had a sensational jaw-dropping 81-point performance.

NBA Twitter reacts to Isaiah Thomas’ outstanding 81-point performance at Jamal Crawford’s The Crawsover Pro-Am League
Yes, you did read that correctly. The 2-time All-Star managed to drop 81 points in a single game. IT managed to hit shots after shots dropping 81 points just like his role model and long-time friend Kobe Bryant had done back in 2006 against the Toronto Raptors. What was unbelievably coincidental, was that Thomas revealed his emotions for the late-great Bryant just two days prior to his offensive eruption, and even managed to have an incredible night while wearing a pair of Kobe Bryant shoes.
Miss my guy @kobebryant

Didn’t he drop like 60+ points the other week? Just shows you the difference between NBA players and other hoppers. Hopefully he gets a contract with a team for next season

Isaiah, who had 65 points last week at an Atlanta Pro-Am game, also had a few words after his performance.
It’s ALL God!!! They said I was DONE

Clearly, IT still has a lot left in his tank. And desperately wants to prove himself in the NBA yet again. It is absolutely certain that Thomas is a bucket-getter and would be valuable for any team in the league. Will Isaiah Thomas make the league yet again? Or are his professional playing days over? Well, all we can do is wait and see what the future holds for him.
