Kevin Durant spotted ‘liking’ an Instagram photo featuring Louis Farrakhan, with JR Smith and him also having praised Hitler.

Kevin Durant was once more engrossed in a fresh controversy. The Brooklyn Nets forward liked a pic of Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan. This photo was posted by NFL player DeSean Jackson.

Kevin Durant liked DeSean Jackson’s anti-semite, Hitler praising post

Jackson showered his admiration of Louis Farrakhan, who is considered anti-semite by several organizations. The Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver caused a latest controversy after he shared posts offensive towards Jewish people. The posts contained quotes by Adolf Hitler.

Kevin Durant liked this particular post which has now been deleted. Although, it is not quite clear if KD liked Jackson’s quote or if he was showing his respect for Farrakhan. Nevertheless, this dragged a lot of interest and not to mention, not for the right reasons.

The former MVP got himself involved in these circumstances but it’s not like he isn’t used to dealing with this type of situation.

Recently, he was involved in a spat with reporter Ethan Sherwood Strauss regarding an excerpt from the latter’s book, The Victory Machine: The Making and Unmaking of the Warriors Dynasty. He was once fined $25K, for abusing a fan. Many might argue, after almost spending a decade at Oklahoma, signing for their western conference rivals in 2016 was not a very noble thing to do.

Jackson apologises as Eagles distance themselves from the player’s comments

DeSean Jackson delivered a statement expressing regret for his latest shenanigans on Instagram. On the other hand, his team, the Philadelphia Eagles, called out his posts as, “offensive, harmful and absolutely appalling.”

Along with DeSean Jackson and Kevin Durant, Stephen Jackson and JR Smith have also been seen praising Hitler. Although this story has not received much media coverage.
