“LA Lakers are shopping Kyle Kuzma for Buddy Hield”: LeBron James and Anthony Davis could soon find their reliable sharpshooter
Sources reveal the LA Lakers are looking to trade Kyle Kuzma this offseason to acquire Kings star Buddy Hield
Kyle Kuzma’s current relationship with the Lakers is far from a secret at this point. As many know, before the acquisition of Anthony Davis, the player had shown some serious star potential. However, after the trade was completed, the now 26-year-old often found his role to be incredibly inconsistent.
In our opinion, the player should have been given the role of being the consistent third option for the team, especially with Dennis Schroder’s problems with the team and his role. However, it appears head coach Frank Vogel never trusted him enough on the court, and as a result, severely hurt his development.
After being mishandled to this degree, it appears Kyle Kuzma has finally had enough. The player has been throwing subtle shots at the hierarchy of the franchise for a while now. And it appears that the Lakeshow is finally ready to do something about it.

Kyle Kuzma has been looking long and hard for a viable destination away from the Lakers. And frankly, Sacramento could be good for him.
After all the glitz and glamour in LA, perhaps a more lowkey destination serves the player well. He’ll likely even have a much bigger role there, giving him the opportunity to evolve into a better player tomorrow.

How does this look for the Lakers though? Fantastic.
The team has desperately needed some floor spacers for quite some time now. And Buddy Hield serves that role perfectly.
Of course, many will argue that Hield has been inconsistent as a player in Sacramento. But the fact of the matter is, his role with the team is a lot bigger.
If the player can take a smaller role as more of a spot-up shooter, this could work out perfectly for the Lakeshow.
Still, up until this point, no trade offer has been made just yet. But, this whole situation, and whatever comes next, is most definitely worth keeping an eye on.
