“Why is LeBron James talking about failure when he’s supposed to be the ‘GOAT’?”: Skip Bayless berates the Lakers superstar yet again on his NBA Finals shortcomings

LeBron James is incredibly well known for the way he maintains his body, but this one workout will still cause your jaw to drop.

James takes his training and practice just as seriously as he does the NBA season. There’s no letting down when it comes to anything regarding his body.

In fact, ‘The King’ is very well known for his recovery techniques too as it’s been reported that he spends upwards of $1 million on recovering and rest related to his body.

James’ workouts are about as intense as you’d expect it to be. There’s a reason that James is still one of the best players in the league despite being 36 years old.

LeBron James Ends Workouts By Balancing On A Yoga Ball For An Hour

One of James’ craziest workouts comes near the end of it all. Yoga balls are usually used for strengthening your core and building upper body strength.

James takes it to another level as it’s reported that he ends workouts by balancing on one for up to an hour at times. That’s incredibly difficult if you can’t imagine it:

Also, LeBron doesn’t balance on these yoga balls normally. He takes it up to another notch by holding kettle balls to further intensify the already very difficult workout.

So, how exactly does this workout help well? Well, it’s all about the stability aspect of it. When you do a plank, your core muscles tighten as they’re continuously strained.

However, with this workout, there’s an added kicker. Not only are your core muscles contracting like crazy, they’re also helping you remain stable. While on the yoga ball, your body senses that you’re in an unstable environment, and thus, it teaches your core to adjust quickly to keep you upright and stable.

This greatly helps in reducing the risk of injury, improves your lateral quickness, and also greatly improves your coordination. All in all, this just goes to show one of the many ways LeBron maintains his dominance over the NBA.
