In the world of the NBA, superstars are bound to have fans as well as their fair share of haters. The same goes for LeBron James.

Despite being one of the most successful players in NBA history, there are quite a few LeBron haters out there. Many are just not convinced that the King is one of the greatest of all time.
One such hater is none other than UNDISPUTED’s Skip Bayless. The man almost loathes LeBron. Although, there are times when even he has to give James his due.
Skip Bayless is impressed with LeBron James’ performances following the end of Lakers’ road trip
The Lakers started the 2022-2023 season in poor form. The team was in shambles, and many believed that the season was all but over for LeBron James and co.
However, if their recent road trip showed anything, it’s that the Lakers still have some fight in them. Especially King James, who has had a decent run of form. A run of form that has even been acknowledged by perhaps the biggest LeBron hater, Skip Bayless.
.@RealSkipBayless on the Lakers finishing their road trip 3-3:
“I was encouraged by LeBron showing up in the 4th quarter vs Detroit. He actually attacked the basket and tried to secure the win. He owed his team from Friday night vs Sixers.” pic.twitter.com/5HekuwmGrc

Granted the road trip did finish with three wins and three losses, but James and the Lakers did show spirit. Enough to even get a compliment out of Skip.
Hopefully, they can build off of this decent run and perhaps make the Play-In tournament. Only time will tell if that is in the future of LeBron and the Lakers.
King James believed the Lakers struggled in their Eastern Conference road trip due to illness and injuries
The Lakers Eastern Conference road trip was average, to say the least. The team finished with a 3-3 record, but the team’s leader, LeBron James believes that there were many reasons for the same. Primary among them is the number of injuries.
“We started off the trip so well then we had injuries and illnesses, and it kind of threw our rhythm off… but we were able to finish the trip off .500.” @KingJames with @LakersReporter on tonight’s win. pic.twitter.com/HdQhn2R4qe

There is still a lot of time left before the Playoffs. Injuries could hamper the Lakers, but if things work out, perhaps we could see James and the Lakers make an impact.
