"LeBron James Waited at an Airport for 3 Hours for Me": Married 10 Years, Lakers Star Accused of Cheating by Podcast Host, Christina

LeBron James is probably the only athlete in the history of sports to receive so much criticism for his game despite being widely regarded as the greatest basketball player ever. However, even James’ biggest critics have upheld his image as a model citizen and a family man. FS1 host Skip Bayless, who’s widely touted as the biggest LeBron ‘hater’, has often commended the Los Angeles Lakers superstar for his dedication toward being a role model for the next generation, both on and off the court.

However, the King has received his fair share of cheating rumors and accusations, which is not surprising considering his stature in American public life. In a recent viral clip, Bad Girls Club contestant Christina Salgado was seen accusing LeBron James of cheating.

Christina Salgado accused LeBron James of cheating in a podcast

A recent viral clip saw reality TV show Bad Girls Club participant Christina Salgado accusing LeBron James of waiting for her at an airport for three hours. In what seemed like a podcast episode, Salgado claimed that she denied James a visit after learning about his marital status.

Baddie TEA posted the clip on Twitter recently, and it soon started gaining traction on social media. In the clip, Salgado tells the host of the podcast, “It is a true story. LeBron James waited at an airport for like three hours, I never showed up. I know most girls would have hopped on that flight…And I was like, ‘Yeah, no bro, I found that you’re married. I didn’t even know.‘”

I don’t watch sports, first of all. Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t watch sports. So I didn’t even really know who he was. I just remember I had the sneakers one time-so I was like, ‘Oh, you’re that guy!’ And then someone said like, he was married. So I was like, ‘Oh no, this is gonna ruin my image,’” she added.

Even though Salgado seemed very sincere in her recounting of the story, NBA fans took the anecdote with a grain of salt in the comment section of the post. While many refused to believe Salgado didn’t know a household figure like LeBron, others found it baffling that someone would have Bron’s shoes without knowing anything about him.

However, this wasn’t the first time people have accused LeBron James of being unfaithful to Savannah.

The saga of LeBron James’ cheating rumors began in 2009 when rapper Pusha T talked about the Cleveland Cavaliers star sleeping with someone else in one of his song’s lyrics. In 2014, rumors started circulating that James indulged in an extramarital affair with Instagram model Yesjulz. However, Yesjulz put an end to all the rumors saying that she has never been alone with James and she only knew him in the capacity of a party promoter.

Last year, podcaster Sofia Franklyn claimed that James made girls sign NDAs before parties to cheat on his wife. However, there was no evidence to substantiate her claims. Apart from rumors and accusations, the four-time NBA champion has always conducted himself as a model husband and father. This video of him running away from excited female fans aptly shows his willingness to get away from trouble.
